Isaiah 40:11
"He shall gather the lambs with His arm, and carry them in His bosom."
Isaiah 40:28-29
Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary,
and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary
and increases the power of the weak.
~ TENDER NEARNESS ~
Oh the tender nearness of being held in Jesus’ arms,
Held within his bosom and lifted away from harm,
So near to him are we, that we share one heart,
What God has brought together no man can take apart,
So lovingly does he tuck us gently beneath his wing,
There is absolutely nothing,
That can keep Jesus’ love away,
He grows not ever tired from the burden of our weight,
When we are weary he blesses us with strength,
His tender heart has only compassion for our pain,
His boundless affection is to us perfect safety,
Perfect rest the sweetest comfort love can bring,
Jesus is our compassionate, tenderhearted, loving King,
Oh the tender nearness of being held in Jesus’ arms,
Held within his bosom and lifted away from harm
How often do you turn to the infinite tenderness of Jesus?
How many times have you felt the tender nearness,
Of his kiss?
So lovingly does he tuck us gently beneath his wing,
When our sadness overshadows our lives,
And our lives seem to not mean a thing
Job 11:18
You will have courage because you will have hope.
You will be protected and will rest in safety.
