LORD JESUS
When the lord said love thy neighbor,
Strangers became family,
When the Lord said spread his word,
He meant to every corner,
Of the earth,
Not just those who we can see,
Or those who already believe,
When the Lord laid down at night,
The stars in the sky,
Paid homage to Christ’s light,
Every blade of grass and grain of sand,
Reached out to touch Christ’s hand,
Be blessed,
Birds sang songs of love,
To God’s sweet child from heaven above,
Trees gave fruit and honor,
To the wishes of our God our Father,
We became cleansed of sin,
Baptized in Christ’s spirit to live again,
One child born to save the world,
OH, How God Loves Man,
OH, The Courage And Strength it took to follow
God’s plan,
OH, The Love And Faith demonstrated,
The sacrifice it took to suffer upon the cross,
So we would know his love for us,
OH, to be granted the passage to see,
A flicker of Christ’s flame burn inside of me,
I beg God on bended knee,
For Christ to know there are so many,
Of us that feel compassion for his suffering,
We are forever grateful and believe,
The vale was torn,
Division exists no more,
Through Christ’s sweet blood we were restored,
Unto God’s grace,
We where Re-Born
