GOD'S CHILD



I judge not what I see,
I let be what will be,
I can love what hates me,
For I am Gods child,
And I will act accordingly,
I will triumph through adversity,
I will be meek and mild,
I will treat others with dignity,
For I am Gods child,
I will forever seek his face,
I will travel the road of truth,
And let God lead the way,
I am eyes and ears to the lost,
To the blind who were led astray,
The Lord sends words of love through us,
So vision can be restored this very day,
I have been Gods since time began,
Everything I am, is his, not mine,
I will walk through darkness to find,
Those who are struggling but seek his light,
If its Gods plan, I will do everything I can,
I will die making him happy,
He will know me on that blessed day of reckoning,
I pray for forgiveness,
I admit my weaknesses,
He will replenish my strength,
And remove the sin of iniquity,
For through Christ I am saved,
For I am Gods child,
One of his meek and mild,
It is to make God smile,
That I am who I am today.
