Psalm 34:5 (NLT)
Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy;
no shadow of shame will darken their faces.
~ A CHRISTIAN'S HEART ~
Regardless of the circumstances a Christian must face,
The Holy Spirit can make us calm and peaceful,
Lending to God’s loving grace,
Earth may quake and rumble, earth’s winds may race,
In velocity and speed,
But for the Christian, we are not troubled,
We know God is in charge making changes for what we need,
Even death has no power to silence the music of a Christian’s heart,
Instead we hear it even sweeter,
For heaven has been calling us from the very start,
The pulling of our spirits, cause for us, Eternal Bliss,
A Christian can be happy, when in the outward world,
There is no cause for happiness,
A bright light does shine, when it appears dark in our lives,
Our humility triumphs over our self-pity, over every strife,
A Christian has faith in the blessed Spirit’s power to comfort us,
In God we place our trust, confidents born of His precious love,
Regardless of the circumstances a Christian must face,
The Holy Spirit can make us calm and peaceful,
Lending to God’s loving grace
